From March 18-23, the SCA ran a survey among the specialty coffee community designed to assess the impact to businesses throughout the supply chain. In a recording of the first webinar in the series, Heather Ward and Peter Giuliano go over the results of the survey, along with key insights from respondents, including respondents’ suggestions for business adaptation in the new environment.
